"Not a Great Experience with the Driver"
Had a bad experience with the AmeriGas driver. Like I said, I understand people have busy routes and stressful days, but he seemed annoyed the whole time and didn’t even want to answer a simple question. The way he talked to me made me feel like I was just wasting his time. Like I said, basic respect shouldn’t be that hard. I left feeling more like a problem than a customer, and I’m not impressed.
"Tank repair went smooth"
Our propane tank gauge was acting strange, and then we noticed a small leak around one of the fittings, so we had AmeriGas come out to take a look. Scheduling took a couple calls back and forth, which was a little annoying, but the tech did show up during the window they gave us.
He checked everything over, swapped out the bad part, and explained it in a way that actually made sense. Weirdly, I remember he had a bright orange screwdriver that he kept setting on top of the tank like it was a little tray. Price seemed fair enough, and while it wasn’t a flawless process, the repair itself went smoothly.

I’m still waiting, and it’s getting really frustrating. There are way too many steps just to get this sorted out, and every time I think I’m almost done, there’s something else I have to do. I just want this handled already.

"Emergency delivery didn’t help at all"
I called for an emergency propane delivery because we were completely out, and they kept telling me someone would be there soon. Hours went by with no one showing up and no clear update on what was happening. When you’re out of propane, that’s a stressful situation, and this just made it feel even worse. I ended up feeling ignored and really disappointed...

I signed up for automatic delivery so I wouldn’t have to think about the tank, but it’s been kind of inconsistent. A couple times it got lower than I was comfortable with and I still had to call. The reps were nice, but that sort of defeats the purpose. Not awful, just not something I’d fully count on.

I had a small billing mix-up, but amerigas got the credit fixed and sent the refund faster than I expected... I didn’t really have to keep chasing them about it, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled.

So far my propane bills have lined up with what I used, and I havent seen any weird extra charges or anything. Overall it's been decent tbh, no complants right now

"Tank removal has been a frustrating process"
I’ve been trying to get AmeriGas to come pick up their tank, and it’s been way more of a hassle than I expected. I’ve called a few times and keep getting different answers, and the pickup date just keeps getting pushed back. It really feels like nobody is on the same page. I even started looking around to see if other people have had the same problem, because I’m starting to wonder if this is just how it goes with them. I’m not asking for much, I just want the tank gone and to be done with it.

"Quick and helpful customer service"
I had an issue with my delivery date and, umm, wasn’t really sure who I was supposed to call. AmeriGas customer service got back to me quickly, and the lady I spoke with was really nice. She explained what was going on and helped get things moving. Nothing too dramatic, just good service and a fast response

"i mean, the tank did get installed…"
i mean, the tank did get installed and it’s working, so that part is fine. But the setup looked a little sloppy to me and didn’t seem very straight. I ended up having to call back afterward with a few questions. Overall it works, I just expected the installation to look cleaner

"Delivery Charge Issue Was Resolved"
I had an issue with a delivery charge and, i was frustrated at first. I called AmeriGas, and the representative took the time to listen, look into the details, and get the credit added back to my account. It did take a little while to sort out, but in the end, they handled it properly and made things right.

I made my account online and it was straightforward overall. One page did load a little slowly (not a huge deal, just a bit annoying), but I was still able to get everything done. The info was clear enough and I didn’t run into any major issues.

AmeriGas has been Fine for me overall. The deliveries have shown up on time and I haven’t really had any big Issues with the service side of things. My only complaint is the propane pricing feels kind of High sometimes. I get that prices change, but it would be nice if it was a little Clearer before the bill arrives. Just wish the cost felt more fair or at least easier to understand.

I didn’t feel safe at all. It seemed like safety wasn’t being taken seriously, and when I tried to bring it up, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually listened to.

"Easy enough to schedule, but the timing could be better"
Scheduling a delivery on AmeriGas wasn’t bad overall. The site was easy to use, and I liked that I could get it set up without having to call anyone. The downside was that the available time slots felt limited, and the delivery window wasn’t as specific as I would’ve liked. It got the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I had a delivery date scheduled, and something in my gut told me it might not go smoothly. Sure enough, they never showed up. I called twice and got a different answer each time, which didn’t make me feel any better. Now my tank is almost empty, and I’m frustrated. It’s hard to trust a company when you can’t count on them to show up when they say they will.

Well... my local AmeriGas branch has been reliable for years now. The deliveries usually show up when they’re supposed to, and when I’ve needed to call the office, they actually get back to me. i don’t have much to complain about
